Appointments range from about 10 minutes for simple decoration to 210 minutes for hard gel extensions. Nail art and detailed designs need extra time booked in advance. New clients pay a deposit on several longer services, ranging from $15 for a regular polish change on the toes to $50 for hard gel extensions. Deposits are non-refundable.
Booking policies ask clients to keep appointments. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours. In a genuine emergency one reschedule may be offered without penalty, but repeated last-minute rescheduling may lead to loss of booking privileges.
The studio is best suited to adults. Children's manicures are not provided, and the recommended age to begin manicures is 13 to 14 or older. Services may be declined if nails or skin show signs of an unhealthy condition. Nail products can cause allergic reactions, including products labeled hypoallergenic, and gel products may rarely cause chemical or thermal burns. Clients with past reactions to products are advised to avoid the service.
Work centers on nail shaping and cuticle care, with dry e-file techniques used for detailed cuticle work on both manicures and pedicures. The studio sets clear health and booking rules for each visit.
