The spa describes itself as one of the first in the New England area to bring Japanese-style head spa treatments to the region. Its approach is built on Japanese ideas of balance, simplicity and care, with attention to intentional touch, open communication and the guest's comfort. Therapists adjust technique and pressure during each session rather than following a fixed routine.

Body massage is the core of the menu. Japanese massage draws on traditional Japanese medicine and works with pressure points, meridians and energy balance, often including shiatsu. Other options include deep tissue work on the deeper muscle layers, healing massage with slow, deliberate strokes and pressure tailored to the guest, hot stone massage with warm stones, cupping with gentle suction, and foot reflexology. Some guests may feel soreness or mild bruising after deep tissue work, and temporary skin marks after cupping are considered normal. Prenatal massage is available only after the first trimester and is performed by therapists with specific prenatal training and certification. It focuses on the lower back, hips, legs, neck and shoulders and is adjusted for each stage of pregnancy. Guests booking it must say they are pregnant and how far along they are. CBD oil massage uses cannabidiol-infused oil and is meant to ease muscle tension and encourage relaxation. A CBD oil add-on is also available for $15 and can be chosen while booking online or at check-in.

The head therapy menu is built around scalp care. Basic Japanese shampoo is a 40 minute treatment on a massage chair with a scalp essential oil massage, two cleansing washes, a herbal rinse and a neck and shoulder massage, finished with a simple blow-dry and no styling. Classic detox head therapy runs 70 minutes and starts with a scalp analysis and essential oil massage, then offers a choice of scalp gua sha or a facial cleanse with mask, followed by two deep cleanses, a herbal rinse, a steamed hair mask and neck and shoulder massage. Deep cleansing scalp detoxification runs 100 minutes and adds facial gua sha and a face mask to the scalp steps. A post-treatment scalp recheck can be requested for the classic and deep cleansing treatments if it is mentioned at the initial analysis. Guests do not need to wash their hair beforehand, should leave jewelry at home, and are given a robe and a changing area.

Packages pair 30, 60 or 90 minutes of massage with 40, 70 or 100 minutes of scalp therapy, priced from $95 to $225. A membership costs $119 and lasts one year from purchase. It includes one free 100 minute deep cleansing scalp therapy or one free 90 minute Aura Recharge head therapy, plus 15% off treatments and 20% off products for the year. Membership fees are non-refundable, and memberships cannot be ended early, transferred or combined with other promotions. Packages cannot be combined with membership. Couple massage needs two therapists, so the spa asks guests to call to schedule it. Only one gift card may be used per visit.
