The menu centers on Swedish massage in 60, 90 and 120 minute lengths, with a separate option for clients 55 and older, and extends to facials, head spa treatments, shampoo and blow-out services, and steam and sauna time.

Several sessions combine massage with other work. The 75-minute Swedish massages include Feldenkrais Movement Therapy and can be finished with hot stones, warm coconut oil or aromatherapy oils. A yam and pumpkin back facial can be paired with a 60-minute Swedish massage, and the Raindrop Treatment is an aromatherapy session built on pure essential oils such as oregano, thyme, basil, cypress, wintergreen, marjoram and peppermint.

Facial options run from a basic facial to a fruit and AHA exfoliating acne facial, a signature facial that uses the studio's own products, and an O2 oxygen facial, which the studio describes as non-invasive. Head spa sessions come in 30, 60 and 90 minute versions, and the Head Spa plus Raindrop Renewal pairs a 30-minute head spa with the Raindrop Treatment.
