Brows are a central part of the menu. Expert Brow Design includes brow mapping at every appointment, with brows shaped while the client sits upright. Brow tinting is a semi-permanent dye that lasts two to four weeks, and brow lamination reshapes the hairs for a set look that typically holds about six weeks. Brow waxing is listed at $30, with bundles that add lip, chin, tint or lamination, up to $125 for brow wax, lamination and tint together. Lash services include a lash lift at $85, a lash tint at $30 and a lash lift with tint at $100. A lash lift is a perm process for curled lashes that spares daily mascara and curlers, and it typically lasts six weeks or more.

Facials are customized, and the esthetician chooses add-ons such as dermaplaning, sheet masks, LED, cold globes, high frequency, extractions, nano infusion, a retinol booster or a chemical peel based on the skin's needs. The first-time facial for new clients is $170 and runs 75 minutes after a 10-minute consultation, with double cleansing, exfoliation, a mask, massage and finishing products. Signature Skin Therapy is a 75-minute customized facial with the same core steps, listed at $170 for continuing clients. A 30-minute mini facial is listed at $120 and is described as focused on immediate results. The on-going acne treatment is suggested every two weeks and includes extractions, professional peels and barrier support. Microneedling is offered as a standalone facial and as a microneedling experience facial, which runs an hour and a half, uses a numbing cream and can add LED. Microneedling is not booked at a first visit and is best done as a series of three or more.

Permanent brow options are microshading at $500, combo brows at $550 and nano combo brows at $550. A consultation is required before booking any permanent cosmetic service, and medications and skin conditions can affect which option is suitable. Permanent services include a 6-week touch-up.

Cancellations need 48 hours notice, or 50% of the missed service is charged to the card on file, and repeated same-day cancellations after two prior instances require a 50% deposit for future bookings. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can shorten the appointment with the full original cost due, or require rescheduling. Services are not refundable, though products may be refunded within a week of use for an allergic reaction. Clients can pay through Cherry buy now, pay later plans. Clients are asked to come alone to waxing, lash and facial visits, and children stay home unless they are receiving a service.
