The menu covers women's and men's haircuts, including razor cuts, along with blow-dry packages, relaxers and styling. Color is a major part of the work, with lived in color, balayage, highlights, gloss, color correction and both partial and full foil options. Two color packages combine several steps into one visit. Calypso includes a halo or partial highlight, a color touch-up, a masque or special treatment, a haircut and a blow dry. Rhapsody includes a full highlight, full color and refresh, a gloss, a masque or special treatment, a haircut and a blow dry.

Keratin services include a keratin blowout and three keratin complex treatments, EBO, PBO and NKST. Clients are asked to share any allergies, skin conditions or other health issues before a treatment. A deposit may be required for lengthy or specialty services, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a late fee. Services rendered are non-refundable, but clients who are unhappy with a service are asked to speak with the stylist within 48 hours so an adjustment can be discussed.
