The work centers on brunette color and hair extensions. The signature shade, Satin Brunette, blends brunette depth with soft bronde lightness. Color sessions run from a gloss with a blowout to a full color change that adds root color, lighter and darker shades, and a precision cut. Lightening without root color, gentle grey blending, a haircut without color, and add-on smoothing treatments and a scalp facial are also offered.

Extension sessions come in three levels: one for adding fullness with little or no added length, one for longer, fuller hair, and one for high-impact volume with cascading length. They are priced from $1,261 to $2,845 and exclude maintenance and color, which is added on top. Extension clients can pay in full, with a deposit, or through Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, approved before the appointment. Extension clients also receive a free care kit.

A visit takes place in a private studio suite with no other stylists or clients present. A 60-minute extensions consultation, priced at $75, covers current hair, goals, color, maintenance, pricing and products. The FAQ describes the studio as an LGBTQ+ safe zone.

Booking is online through Glossgenius, and a credit card must be held on file for any service. Cancellations within 48 hours of the visit are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged 100%. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may alter the visit and incurs a late fee of $15 or more.

Visits begin with a conversation about current hair, goals and maintenance, and the studio recommends products to keep brunette color looking right between appointments. The next visit is set up at the end of each appointment.
