The clinic was founded by Angela M Petersen and Cassie Hammond after they saw injured people fall through the gaps of a fragmented healthcare system. The team works with people recovering from workplace accidents, motor vehicle collisions, slips, falls and other trauma, as well as chronic tendon, ligament and muscle problems, and aims to bring that care under one roof with one team and one plan.
Care follows a stepped pathway that starts with conservative treatment and moves to regenerative options only when they are needed. Shockwave therapy, regenerative biologics and hands-on care can be combined, and the team coordinates with physical therapy, chiropractic care and other modalities when useful. Progress is tracked through functional measures such as sleep, daily activities and mobility, not only pain scores, and visit and outcome documentation is available for claims, cases or personal records. The clinic describes its approach as non-surgical and narcotic-sparing and aims to address pain at its source.
The medical aesthetics and hormone side includes pellet hormone replacement and testosterone replacement, using EvexiPEL pellets compounded at an FDA-registered pharmacy, along with Glo2 facials, Tixel skin resurfacing, Sculpt Body, vaginal rejuvenation, Jeuveau as a Botox alternative, dermal filler and ED treatment. IV therapy and vitamin injections can be customized with minerals, antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and is closed Sunday. Phone is (385) 486-4181 and email is info@ampdhealth.net.
Builds care around a stepped plan that begins with conservative treatment and adds regenerative therapy when it is needed, with each treatment plan grounded in medical evidence and the goal of restoring function.
