Amora describes its mission as a relaxing, somewhat indulgent nail salon experience in a welcoming and inclusive space, guided by excellence, innovation, customer satisfaction and integrity. The salon says it aims to become the leading nail care destination in its city and calls its Abington location the best nail salon on Brockton Ave; these are the salon's own claims. Pedicures are the most detailed part of the menu. The Refresh Pedicure is a three-step foot care routine with a choice of fragrance, a foot mask and a hot stone massage. A Gel Pedicure is listed at $50 and takes about 40 minutes, and according to the salon its color should last four to five weeks or more.

Removal is available for dip powder, Gel X, powder and gel. Other add-ons include cat eye, chrome and French tip colors, cuticle care and nail art. Clients can request a specific technician when booking at Waltham, gift cards are sold, and memberships are listed on the booking profiles. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
