The salon says it designs each look around the client's personality and daily life rather than current trends. It also says it accounts for different hair types, prioritizes the long-term health of hair and scalp, and gives advice on keeping a style up at home between visits.

The menu is broad. Cuts are offered for women and men at both locations, with shampoo and blow-dry included in the quoted cut prices. Color runs from toner and touch-ups through gradation, hair manicure, full, partial and point highlights, bleach, balayage, ombre and whole color. Permanent options include standard permanent, digital permanent and special permanent in twist and spiral styles, and super straight styling is available in full, half, men's and women's versions.

Head spa services come in four levels, Quick, Basic, Deep and Luxury, and treatments are done with Milbon or Bykarte products. A keratin straight treatment is also offered. Set and up-do styling round out the services.
