The menu is broad. Designer cuts and styles include women's and men's cuts, youth cuts, blowouts, shampoo and set, and up-dos. Hair color ranges from spot foils and touch-ups to partial and full highlights and ombre, with corrective color and hair extensions available after a consultation. Texture services include spot perms, perms, spiral perms, relaxers and a keratin smoothing treatment, which is also arranged by consultation. Nail care runs from polish changes and buff-and-polish to manicures, pedicures and acrylic fills and full sets, with men's options too. Waxing covers the eyebrow, lip and chin, and make-up services are booked by calling for a consultation.

Walk-ins are welcome at the Carol Stream location. Carol Stream is open Tuesday and Thursday 9 am to 8 pm, Wednesday and Friday 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 8 am to 4 pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Romeoville is open Tuesday 9 am to 3 pm and Wednesday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with Saturday visits by appointment only, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Hours may be extended for special occasions. Gratuity cannot go on a credit or debit card and can be paid in cash or by check, and a 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments.

Bridal clients can book on-site or off-site bridal services for an additional cost. Long hair adds to the price of bridal services. Bridal make-up is offered, and a make-up consultation with an expert is available for bridal clients. Wedding parties are arranged by calling and speaking with Nikki.
