The clinic describes a standard medical approach to each patient, without overhyped marketing, and says it aims to build lasting relationships with patients and to address any concern, however small. Initial consultations are free, and a complimentary consultation is offered for injectables, body and skin treatments. Injectables and fillers include Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Jeveau and Xeomin, along with Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse and the RHA Collection, developed by TEOXANE Laboratories in Geneva, Switzerland. Kybella is offered for fat under the chin, usually as three to four sessions about a month apart, each lasting around 30 minutes. Clients can request a topical numbing cream before filler treatment. Filler results are visible right away, with any swelling or redness typically settling within a few days.

The laser menu covers the Alma Hybrid CO2 laser, Clear Lift, Erbium Pixel, IPL photofacials, pulsed dye laser, laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal. Clear Lift is a non-ablative laser with no downtime; sessions are usually spaced about a month apart, and tightening builds over several weeks. IPL photofacials are used for sun-related concerns, and laser hair removal is described as removing about 90 percent of hair in six sessions, with some areas needing more. Tattoo removal typically takes between three and 15treatments, and prescription lidocaine is used to reduce discomfort. Packages are available, and discounted laser hair removal sessions can be added after a package is purchased.

Skin rejuvenation options include chemical peels, such as Skinmedica professional peels and the VI Anti-Aging Peel, as well as a Vitamin A peel, SaltFacial, an exosome microneedling facial and Morpheus8 RF microneedling. After a consultation with Dr. Margaret Goebel, the clinic decides whether a peel or an exosome facial is the better fit for a client's skin. Morpheus8 can be uncomfortable, so clients are asked to arrive an hour early for numbing. EMSCULPT, the body treatment offered, is non-invasive, requires no recovery time and needs no special preparation.

Wellness therapy includes hormone replacement therapy and BioTE bioidentical hormone pellets, which contain testosterone or estrogen. Therapy begins with bloodwork and a nurse practitioner visit, and labs are repeated four weeks later for men or six weeks later for women. The clinic does not bill insurance, so hormone pellets and the related bloodwork are paid in cash. The online shop sells skincare, vitamins, supplements, Nutrafol products, gift cards and promotions.
