The nail menu includes Gel-X extensions, builder gel overlays, gel manicures, and soak off or removal. Gel-X extensions and the salon's Amethyst Freestyle service are sold in tiers, and the business explains those tiers on its Instagram page. Booking lists four options each for Gel-X in XS or short and in medium or long lengths, and two options for Amethyst Freestyle. Gel-X in XS or short takes at least 105 minutes, medium or long at least 120 minutes, and Amethyst Freestyle at least 165 minutes. Clients who arrive with a previous set of nails, or with a foreign builder set, are asked to book a soak off first.

Hours are Monday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM, and the salon is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. No-shows are not accepted: a 50% charge applies and the client cannot rebook.
