The massage menu ranges from a 30-minute passive stretching session and 45-minute targeted upper body and migraine-focused sessions to 60- and 90-minute options. Named styles include aromatherapy Swedish, customized therapeutic, trigger point, sports, deep relief with hot towels, CBD with hot towels, and prenatal massage, which the studio says is safe after the first trimester.

The skincare menu runs from the Men's Dapper and Back facials to the Glow, Radiant Glow, Acne and CBD / Sensitive facials, and up to the HydroFacial, Nano Infusion and HydroLuxe facial, which the studio calls its most advanced hydro facial. Chemical peels, microdermabrasion and microneedling are also offered, with microneedling available as 3- or 6-session packages. Chemical peels and microneedling each require a booking for a standard service or consultation first. Glow From Within consultations can be done in studio or by video call, and the virtual option includes a customized at-home skincare plan and monthly follow-up calls or texts.

Couple's Glow & Flow is a two-hour session for two people in which one receives a massage while the other has a facial, and then they switch. It is priced by calling the studio. Linens and equipment are sanitized between clients. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for check-in, and arriving 15 or more minutes late is treated as a no-show and charged in full. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. The studio accepts cash, cards and digital payments, gratuity is not included in service prices, and gift certificates can be bought in studio or by email.

Treatments are grouped into named menus, and some services begin with a consultation so the plan can be tailored, including the virtual Glow From Within option with its at-home regimen.
