The team has four professionals: Lake Payne, a Master Stylist focused on extensions, braids and natural hair; Nia Sutherland, a Master Loc Technician; Lee, a Master Braider; and Ella, a Master Braider and Stylist. Each has a separate listing below.
The salon is open daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Appointments are preferred, though walk-ins are welcome. Advance booking is encouraged, and a consultation is required before new services and chemical applications. Consultations can be in person for $25, by FaceTime, or by text. Text and FaceTime consultations are listed at no charge and give an estimate that is confirmed with the stylist before service. Braid and loc pricing is quoted by consultation, and the salon describes an in-person consultation as the most reliable way to learn the real price.
Some house rules apply. Hair for braid services should be washed, blow-dried straight and free of product, or extra fees apply. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a no-show incurs a $25 service fee. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late are treated as late, and a $25 fee is added to the style. Changes to a hairstyle during the appointment carry extra fees. Children are only allowed when they are receiving a service. The salon may decline service to anyone who does not follow its code of conduct. Payment is accepted in cash, by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal and Cash App.
