Travel is a flat $100 within 20 miles of the salon. Beyond 20 miles, the fee is $100 plus $0.85 per mile round trip, charged per artist, and it covers driving time, gas and mileage. The business will travel anywhere in the world, with fees shared before payment is due. International travel is charged at cost, and a hotel for the artist may be required if travel time exceeds 2 hours.

Dates are held with a signed contract and a 50% retainer. The retainer is applied to the final bill and is non-refundable and non-transferable. An inquiry does not hold a date, and bookings can be made up to 12 months ahead. Major credit cards, cash, Zelle and Venmo are accepted, but checks are not. Payment is due on arrival. Cancellation terms apply to each service individually, and the service minimums still apply.
