It uses the Gentle Max Pro system, which includes a cooling component, and is sold by area: small areas such as the upper lip, chin, sideburns and underarms; medium areas such as the bikini line, arms, shoulders and chest; full body areas including legs, arms, chest and back; and face, back and chest options. Every plan starts with a consultation that assesses skin type and goals. Clients are asked to shave the treatment area beforehand and avoid sun exposure or tanning. Sessions typically number six to eight for best results, depending on the area and hair type.
Beyond hair removal, the lounge offers HydraFacial, Morpheus8 (which pairs microneedling with radiofrequency for the face and body), Moxi for the outer layers of the skin with no downtime, microneedling, chemical peels, and body treatments aimed at skin tightening, contouring and general rejuvenation. For hair and scalp care there is KeraVive, a three-step treatment using growth factors and peptides, and scalp microneedling, which creates micro-channels in the scalp. Hair and scalp treatments are usually recommended as a series spaced a few weeks apart. The lounge also offers payment plans, a loyalty rewards program, and skin care products for sale.
Treatment plans are built around each client's skin or scalp and combine newer technology with individual attention and a holistic view of beauty.
