New clients begin with The AE Welcome, a two-hour New Client Experience that is required for every first-time visit. It covers an assessment, shampoo, deep conditioning, a protein treatment if needed, and a detailed cut or trim. Before larger services, a 15-minute consultation can be booked in person or virtually. It includes a hair and scalp assessment, goal-setting, product and treatment suggestions, and a custom service plan, and its fee is applied to the service booked. Lifted, fashion or custom shades are booked as The AE All-Over Color instead of the standard color service. That service starts at $275, must be paired with a silk press, and needs its own consultation, whose fee does not apply to it. Final pricing is confirmed at that consultation.

Returning clients have their own options. The silk press levels are open to those seen within the last 12 weeks. Clients who have been away 12 weeks or more can book a Welcome Back visit, which combines a scalp detox, deep conditioning mask, protein treatment, a K18 bonding treatment, a reconstructive cut and trim, and a silk press in the style of their choice. Existing extension, tape-in, sew-in and relaxer clients can book maintenance visits, and trims are recommended every 8 to 12 weeks.

Add-ons and products round out the menu. Scalp treatments can be attached to a main appointment, while Scalp Spa Supreme is booked on its own. Deep conditioning masks, protein treatments and intensive repair masks can be added to many visits, and bond repair is offered using Olaplex, K18 or Redken systems. The studio sells products from its own AE Hair Collection through an online shop and offers gift cards.

The studio describes healthy hair as always its priority, and it builds its install process around healthy hair preparation and a finish meant to last beyond the appointment.
