Nail services are the core of the menu. Acrylic work covers full sets, fill-ins, color and ombre fills, and separate options for hands and feet. Other choices include gel builder sets, Gel-X enhancements, dip powder, pink and white sets, and gel polish. Manicures and pedicures come in express, basic, deluxe, gel and ultimate tiers, plus three botanical levels (standard, ambiance and royal) made with premium natural blends. Pedicure options include hot stone, collagen and a steam-based service called Hydrasteam. Clients 10 and under have their own menu covering manicures, pedicures and polish.
The menu also lists facials, waxing, brow services and lash services. Brow options include microblading, which places fine strokes with a needle, and powder brow shading, which uses a permanent makeup device to add fullness. Lash styles are chosen to suit each client's eye shape.
Listed prices start from a basic manicure at $25 in cash and a basic pedicure at $38 in cash. Card prices run about 3 percent higher than cash. Prices may vary by location, so clients are asked to confirm current pricing with their chosen salon. Specialty nail shapes such as almond, coffin and stiletto, and long lengths, cost extra. Requesting a Master or Director technician adds a fee per service. Gel removal is not charged when it is done with an enhancement such as gel, powder or acrylic. Most salons have an in-salon bar serving wine, beer and spirits, and select pedicures include a complimentary drink.
The salon says it has won Best of Cincinnati in each year from 2012 to 2026 and Best Manicure and Pedicure awards in Best of North and Best of East, according to the salon itself. It also says it works with hundreds of hand-selected technicians. Clients can walk in or book online, by phone or by email, and the Hyde Park location accepts walk-ins. Salons are open seven days a week, Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm. Gift cards are sold on the website, and the business is hiring managers, technicians and receptionists.
