Booking begins with an online inquiry describing the client's hair. Each inquiry is read personally and answered within one to two business days, and follow-up questions may come before a session is recommended. Appointments are then booked through an online Square page. A Personalized Color Consultation is available for clients planning a major color change, corrective color, a transition to grey, extensions, or anyone who would benefit from a tailored plan before committing to a service. Its $50 fee is non-refundable but is credited toward the appointment if a recommended service is booked.
The menu is split into Signature Services, which cover haircuts, blowouts, gloss and root color, and Specialized Sessions, which are longer color appointments. Specialized Sessions include focused blonding to keep an existing blonde result fresh between larger visits, grey blending to soften the line between natural grey and existing color, dimensional color such as balayage, bronde and reverse balayage, a full signature blonding session, and a color transformation session for significant or corrective changes. Clients coming from years of darker permanent color or heavy grey coverage may be asked for a consultation before a grey blending session is scheduled.
Color recommendations are designed around the client's hair, their goals and the long-term health of their hair. A Model Session is also offered, listed under other services, at $175 for about four and a half hours.
