A color analysis session looks at the client's season, the colors that flatter them and those that do not, hair and makeup suggestions, and guidance on jewelry. Friends and family can book a group session together. Clients can also order a digital palette and a swatchbook to keep their colors on hand after the session.

For parties and large events, the owner travels to the client's location. Parties of four to ten guests are priced per guest, and large events are charged by the hour, with each guest receiving a mini analysis and general advice about their season. Event and party requests are submitted through a form, and the studio replies within 48 hours. Clients who need help choosing a service or want a more accurate quote can text the owner.

Hair services are built around a natural, lived-in finish. Most color services include a haircut, a gloss, treatments and styling, while root-only grey coverage is booked on its own. Policies cover cancellations made within 24 hours (charged at 50% of the booked service), no-shows (charged in full), and arrivals more than 30 minutes late, which may lead to the service being adjusted or rescheduled. Gratuity is never expected because prices already include it.
