Services cover the brows, lip, chin, nose, sideburns, underarms, arms, stomach, bikini, Brazilian, butt, inner thighs and legs, with waxing and sugaring offered for most areas. Area definitions are spelled out on the site: a bikini line wax covers a three-finger strip on each side and leaves out the butt strip, while a bikini full service covers the mons pubis, bikini line and butt strip but not the labia. A Brazilian covers the mons pubis, labia and butt strip, and full stomach work runs from the ribs to the waist line while a stomach strip covers only the hair below the navel. Leg services can be booked as upper legs, lower legs or full legs.
On the skin care side, the vajacial includes cleansing, toning, extractions, high frequency when needed, a gentle enzyme and a hydro jelly mask. The jelly hydration mask is a standalone treatment that the site suggests after waxing, and a vajazzle can be added to a bikini full or Brazilian service.
Pricing differs for new and returning clients. New-client rates apply to first-time guests and to anyone who has been away more than two months, while returning rates apply to clients booking four to seven weeks after their last visit. Booking requires a deposit of 50 percent of the service price, and the reservation fee is non-refundable: cancelling more than 24 hours ahead lets it be applied to a reschedule, while later cancellations keep it as a cancellation fee. Appointments that run past a 10-minute grace period and need rebooking carry a $10 late fee. Late appointments can be requested, gift cards are sold on the website, and the studio is open Monday to Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 4 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM, with Friday and Saturday closed.
The practice focuses on education, and clients are encouraged to ask questions about waxing and sugaring.
