Clients can start with a consultation, then move between facials, microneedling, light-based treatments, massage and beauty services as their plan develops. A medical director is part of the team, and the staff includes licensed aestheticians, cosmetologists and massage therapists.

Treatments are not run from a set script. The salon says each treatment is adjusted to the client's skin on the day, and that a plan is built around the client's skin and goals, with education coming first. Acne care includes homecare alongside in-clinic treatments, so clients leave with something to do between visits.

Facial services run from a Hydrafacial and Designer Facial through to a dermaplane express, a Fluff and Buff facial, an AcneFacial, and a CO2 facial meant for barrier repair. Microneedling is available in a standard form, as RF (NanoFractional Radio Frequency), and as NanoNeedling. IPL can be used on the whole face, on the face together with neck and decollete, or on one single dark spot. The VI Peel Precision Plus is a medical peel of medium depth, used for pigmentation, melasma, acne scarring and uneven skin tone. Skin tags and milia, along with cherry angiomas and broken capillaries, fall under the Skin Classic treatments, which work on the face or upper body.

Beyond the face, the spa offers laser hair removal for the face and full body, which can be booked one session at a time or in packages, along with full body waxing, body contouring that includes cellulite smoothing, and spray tanning with a sunless tan the salon says lasts up to two weeks. Head spa appointments cover a scalp cleanse, massage and treatment. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue and targeted body work. Lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, and brow henna and tint are also available. Permanent makeup is offered at the location by an independent provider, Laura Jambrosic.

The salon also runs an AA SkinBabes membership that gives members member pricing, a regular treatment schedule, lower rates and priority scheduling. It hosts a skin care podcast on YouTube and publishes a skin care blog, with posts written by Kristin Sandborn.
