Each massage therapist works as an independent contractor who runs their own business and sets their own schedule and services. Therapists greet their own clients, and there is no receptionist. Before a first visit, clients complete an online intake form, and a medical intake is completed within four hours of any medical massage appointment. Session length is a range rather than a fixed time, and the therapist adjusts it to the client's needs.
