Invisible Bead Extensions were developed to limit the damage that tension, heavy-handed direction and rushed installs can do to hair and scalp. The method uses no adhesives or glue, and the salon says it suits fine hair and sensitive scalps. Because no beads, bonds or braids are left exposed, wearers can put their hair up. The salon describes the method as the only patented extension method on the market and as the only one that consistently delivers the best results; those are its own claims.

Every extension service starts with a consultation, and exact estimates are given there rather than over the phone or on Instagram. Hand-tied wefts are custom colored to match the client's natural hair, and custom rooting is available when needed. An install typically takes around 75 minutes per row. The first appointment includes installing 100% human hair extensions, a blending haircut, and a finished style with a styling tutorial. A color service may be needed at that visit, which is decided at the consultation. Most installs need adjusting every six to eight weeks, and a maintenance appointment is booked at the end of each install.

For care, the salon recommends Davines Oi All In One Milk, Oi Oil, and Goldie Locks leave-in conditioner and serum. Extension-friendly products should be paraben and sulfate free, and clients should check with the salon before using their own products. The care guide suggests washing extensions one to two times a week and avoiding sunscreens that contain avobenzone.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a fee of 50% of the service price, same-day cancellations are charged the full price, and a no-show without notice is charged the full price of the booked service. Late arrivals may be accommodated, though the service may need to be shortened or moved. Digital consultation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
