The facial menu covers a wide range of treatments. Basic and deep-cleansing facials sit at the simpler end, with fibroblast treatments and microdermabrasion combined with dermaplaning or oxygenation as longer options. Advanced sessions include Dermapen micro-needling, plasma-based treatments such as PRF and derma plasma stimulation, plasma paired with micro-needling and laser, and facials built around peptides, exosomes or vitamins. Most facials run about an hour to an hour and a half, while the peptide-and-vitamin facial's length depends on the client's needs.

Waxing covers lip, eyebrow and combined brow-and-lip appointments, with a henna brow option. Lash services include classic, hybrid, volume and YY and W styles, offered as full sets, two- or three-week refills and touch-ups, along with lash lifts and lash removal. The spa notes that lash treatment times can vary with client needs.

Etereal skin care is sold at the spa. The line is made in Italy and includes moisturizers, cleansers, treatments and masks, and the spa says it uses all natural and organic products. A larger range of Etereal cosmetics is listed for estheticians and spas. Orders of $100 or more ship at no charge.

Booking is by phone at 1-786-399-7412, through the Book Now button on Facebook, or by Instagram message. Online booking opens 60 days ahead; for dates further out, clients need to contact the spa directly. Appointments are strongly encouraged, and walk-ins may not be accepted depending on local ordinances and availability. Times are held for 15 minutes, and late clients are asked to call. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice by phone or text. Payment is taken in store when the service is finished. Before a service, clients complete a short safety questionnaire about their goals and expectations. Service can be upgraded during a visit if availability allows, discussed with the esthetician at the start. No refunds are given for services already performed; clients who are unhappy can reach client service through the contact page.

Services are performed by a Florida licensed esthetician who reviews each client's goals and expectations through a pre-screening questionnaire before treatment begins. Tools go through a three-step cleaning process, including a deep cleanse and UV disinfection, to meet State Board requirements.
