Every new client begins with a structural assessment covering 19 clinical criteria across skin and hair, using 2D and 3D imaging, RegimenLogic AI and a live Ingredient Checker. Gloria Dawit-Puri interprets each result personally, and a nurse examines the skin before any treatment is performed. Each client receives a Lucè Score as a baseline, later visits are measured against it, and progress is documented with imaging at every visit.

Treatment plans are built from the assessment results and each client's goals, and are delivered in phases. The studio says it aims to do what is right for each client rather than the most, and it works conservatively, intervening only when evidence supports it. Anything that looks unusual or potentially significant on the skin is referred for medical evaluation before treatment goes ahead.

The menu covers microneedling and exosome microneedling, the TAMA Blue Onyx microcurrent facial, Dermafrac microdermabrasion, medical-grade chemical peels and Perfect Derma Peel, Nufree and Epilfree hair removal, Dr. Platon cold plasma with the Raysure low-level laser, Skin Classic for minor lesions, and MySymphonix neurofeedback and sound therapy.
