Color runs from a 30-minute gloss to gray coverage, all-over color, face-framing, partial and full custom color with highlights or foilayage, and custom work for vivid shades, corrective needs or dramatic changes. Each installation is priced by grams of hair, and the hybrid install includes 150 grams. A consultation is required for first-time extension guests, and a $50 deposit applies to K-tip, hybrid, tape-in and hand-tied installs.
Cuts include bang or undercut trims, a clipper cut with a customized haircut, and two signature haircuts. The standard signature cut is for keeping an existing shape and routine trims, while the transformation cut is for major reshaping, removing three or more inches, or adding new layers or face framing. Styling options include a blowout and style, a silk press with a flat iron finish, and formal styling, which needs hair washed and dried the day before. Shampoo and blowdry can be added for an extra fee.
Treatments include a conditioning treatment customized to each guest, and keratin treatments in express and full versions. According to the salon, keratin treatments reduce frizz, add shine and shorten styling time. The salon says Express Keratin lasts up to six weeks and Full Keratin up to twelve weeks. A blowout package gives four visits for the price of three, and credits apply automatically at checkout when booking as usual.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, carry a 30% fee. The salon says this fee may be waived depending on circumstances.
