The clinic describes its medical dermatology as integrative. Conventional treatment is combined with lifestyle, dietary and natural approaches, and skin conditions are assessed with attention to hormonal balance, internal inflammation, environmental triggers and earlier treatments that did not work. Stress and emotional triggers are weighed alongside medical therapy.

Medical services cover hormonal and cystic acne, with isotretinoin management that includes iPLEDGE tracking, baseline labs and monthly monitoring, along with low-dose isotretinoin, spironolactone, oral and topical antibiotics, and tretinoin and topical retinoids. The clinic also treats rosacea, melasma, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, nail fungus, warts and fungal infections. Prescriptions go to the patient's preferred pharmacy or a specialized compounding facility, and custom compounded formulas are adjusted to each patient's skin tolerance. Diagnostic bloodwork, lab ordering and barrier rehabilitation using homecare strategies are available, and full-body skin cancer screenings, new or changing moles, biopsies and hands-on procedures are handled in person. Referrals go to a network that includes Mohs surgeons, skin of color dermatologists, laser dermatologists and dermatopathologists.

Aesthetic work spans the face, body and skin. Options include neuromodulator injections, hyaluronic acid fillers, biostimulators, a non-surgical PDO thread lift, SkinPen and Mesolift microneedling, chemical peels, a Diamond Glow Facial, Aerolase lasers and plasma rich hair restoration. Some treatments call for a prescribed priming routine of 2 to 12 weeks beforehand, and injectables are not scheduled within 8 weeks of significant personal events such as weddings. Swelling, redness and tenderness can last up to 14 days after injectables, and bruising can occur in some people. Patients who receive initial filler injections are asked to return for a follow-up review 4 to 8 weeks later, with no booking fee for that review.

Booking follows a set order. New patients complete an evaluation before treatment, either online with photos or in a consultation, and consultations are for planning only, so treatment is not done the same day. Existing patients pay a $75 non-refundable booking fee that is applied to the scheduled treatment. First-time patients pay a $200 non-refundable administrative fee that can go toward same-day treatment or product purchases. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and a $150 late cancellation fee or the full treatment cost applies within 48 hours. Payment is due at the time of service, and treatments, booking fees and prepaid sessions are non-refundable. Cherry Payment Plans, CareCredit and HSA or FSA funds for eligible services are accepted, while commercial health insurance is not billed directly.
