Every treatment starts with a complimentary consultation, and clients are not pressed to book that same day. New patients begin with a Good Faith Exam, a call with the Nurse Practitioner, before any services are scheduled. Licensed professionals review each client's medical history and provide a facial analysis before treatment. Consultations run 30 minutes and come in three types: new patient, existing patient and a skin consultation with an esthetician. Pricing is individualized and reviewed during the appointment.
The aesthetics menu includes Glo2Facial, a multi-step facial that combines oxygenation, ultrasound infusion and active serums, with seven customizations (Brighten, Energize, Firm, Hydrate, Protect, Refine and Smooth) chosen through a selected oxy pod. Acne plans are tailored and may draw on SkinPen or RF microneedling, chemical peels, medical-grade product recommendations and professional extractions. The Advanced Radiant Peel uses BioRePeelCl3 and targets dark spots, breakouts and acne scarring. CO2 laser skin resurfacing is offered for deeper skin damage and typically involves one to two weeks of initial healing. Other options include a non-surgical PDO thread lift, wrinkle-relaxing injectables for frown lines, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, a collagen biostimulator given as a series of three sessions, and deoxycholic acid injections for the under-chin area.
Body services use the EndyMed platform, an FDA-cleared radiofrequency system. EndyMed Body Sculpting is a non-invasive treatment for tightening and contouring the abdomen, buttocks, thighs, calves and arms, usually lasting about 30 minutes with no recovery time, and plans are set in a body sculpting consultation with a minimum of four sessions per treated area. Laser hair removal is offered as a longer-term hair reduction option. The wellness menu covers B12 and NAD+ boosters, information on glutathione (the wellness page notes it is not offered as a direct treatment), and medical guided weight loss therapy.
Clients can pay over time through Cherry, which provides 0% APR installment plans to qualified clients. Plans can reach $10,000, subject to approval, and no hard credit check is run. To use Cherry, a client must be at least 18, hold a valid debit card issued by a bank, and have a US driver's license. Every sale is final. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a fee may be charged for a missed appointment. If a client arrives late, there is a 15-minute window before the salon asks them to rebook or switch services.
Licensed professionals review medical history and perform a facial analysis before any treatment, and the practice states that clients are never rushed or upsold.
