For nails, options include Russian manicures with gel, rubber base or Gel-X extensions, and a luxury pedicure with aromatic exfoliation, massage, steam and paraffin.

Every service starts with a consultation to learn the client's needs and style, and services can be combined into one appointment. Makeup and hair clients can bring inspiration photos or specific details. The salon states that all instruments are sterilized and that it follows strict hygiene protocols.

Bookings require a 30% deposit that is non-refundable. Appointments are recommended at least 48 hours in advance, and further ahead for brides and special events. Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours notice and depends on availability. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early: late arrivals lose that time from the service, and a wait of more than 10 minutes cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit. The balance is paid at the end by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

Three monthly membership plans are offered: Essential at $69, VIP at $149 and Platinum at $249. Members receive discounts of 10% to 15% on services, booking priority, and access to member-only events and treatments. Bridal and event packages include a consultation, a trial and the final service, with a non-refundable 30% deposit.
