The core service is the Russian e-file manicure, which includes shaping, cuticle cleaning with an e-file, buffing and a solid-color hard gel overlay on natural nails. A naked manicure offers the same e-file prep without gel, polish, extensions or nail art, and a nail recovery treatment for damaged nails can be added to it. Other services include gel removal, dip, acrylic or Gel-X removal, French and baby boomer or soft French manicures, cat eye and chrome finishes, and polish removal.

Extensions are offered as custom gel extensions in a color the client chooses, booked as a full set, and as single nail extensions for a completely broken nail. Full-set extensions begin with a Russian e-file manicure and are not recommended for damaged nails, so a consultation is advised first. Extensions are not offered on all ten nails, and acrylic, dip powder and Gel-X services are not performed in the salon. New clients moving over from another nail enhancement system can book a one-time transition service that removes the existing product before a Russian e-file manicure.

Booking notes: the salon is open Monday from 3 PM to 9 PM and Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and is closed on weekends. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice. Gift cards are offered, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment.
