About

The Acne Bootcamp is a program Amanda created for acne. It runs on treatments every two weeks alongside a targeted home-care regimen, which is required; the regimen is priced separately. Each plan starts with an in-depth consultation covering lifestyle factors and results in a customized home-care routine. Clients who cannot come in can start with a virtual consult by FaceTime or Zoom, which looks at lifestyle, diet and possible acne triggers, and existing virtual clients have check-ins every two to four weeks. The facial menu runs from a $140 Aquamarine Green Facial, which uses an oxygen and enzyme cleansing mask followed by the Omega Green Treatment, up to a $180 anti-aging facial built on GlyMed products and a 30-minute LED light session. The Custom To You Facial is tailored to each client's skin and combines LED light, high frequency and gua sha massage. Add-ons such as extractions, dermaplaning and masks can be added to facials. Chemical peels are offered to current clients only, and a first peel requires at least one month on a prescribed professional skincare routine. Options include a 7% TCA peel with berry extracts, a growth factor and peptide peel, and a 35% TCA peel that is recommended as a series of four treatments spaced 7 to 10 days apart.

It is closed Tuesdays and Saturdays. Online bookings require a credit card on file and a deposit that is a set percentage of the service. Deposits are nonrefundable and are taken off the price at checkout. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice, a late cancellation is charged 50% of the service price, and a no-call no-show is charged the full price. Clients have a 14-minute grace period; later arrivals have the appointment cancelled and counted as a no-show, and add-ons skipped because of lateness are not refunded. Guests wait in the waiting area rather than entering the treatment room. Children under 10 are not permitted in the building, while children 10 and older may use the waiting area.
