The Velvet-Covered Steel Retreat is a women's executive retreat for groups of 4 to 10, running 36 hours from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon. It is held at The Rush Creek Sanctuary, about 45 minutes north of Fort Worth, with farm-to-table meals included. The agenda can be tailored to a company's goals and the group. The retreat grew out of The Divine Experience, the first women's retreat, hosted in Las Vegas about fifteen years ago, and focuses on balancing feminine and masculine energy for executive women and emerging leaders.
