Booking is made through the online booking page. Deposits are required from new clients and for any service priced at $75 or more, and a deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours. Appointments cancelled 24 hours or less ahead carry a $25 fee, and no-shows are charged the full service cost. Full service refunds and credits are not offered.

Lash concerns can be addressed at no charge within a three-day grace period, and lash lifts follow the same window with a waiting period before a redo. After three days, a fix is charged as a fill. Lashes that arrive with makeup, oily products or mascara may be charged a $15 lash bath fee.
