Clients talk through their goals, and the stylist assesses their current style and hair type before recommending a tailored plan and at-home products. The consultation fee is applied to the service booked. Color correction also requires a consultation before booking. Bridal clients can arrange a custom get-ready plan, a hair trial and maintenance visits before the wedding, and on-site bridal hair is available.

Color options include hand-painted balayage for soft, natural-looking dimension, partial and full foil highlights, glosses and a double process color that lightens roots and blends them with existing color. Olaplex and K-18 bond-repair treatments can be added to color services or booked alone. The Express Blowout is a keratin smoothing treatment that the salon says reduces frizz and daily styling time for up to six weeks; its price is discussed at the appointment and may depend on hair length. The salon says it uses only products it considers the best for hair, and lines it carries include Redken, Olaplex, Oribe, Moroccan Oil and Keratin Complex.

Brow services cover waxing, tinting for fullness, darker brows or a chosen color, and a combined brow wax and tint. Upper lip waxing is available alone or with brows.

Bookings can be made by phone or email. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge; late cancellations are charged half the booked services and no-shows are charged in full. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and anyone more than 15 minutes late has their appointment rescheduled, so calling ahead if running late is requested. Children are welcome at hair appointments but must stay with an adult throughout. Clients are asked to come alone, as childcare is not offered and extra guests without appointments are not accommodated, though a waiting area is available outside the suites. Open Monday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday from noon to 7:30 pm, Wednesday from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm; closed Friday and Sunday.

Appointments start with a consultation on hair goals and current hair type, followed by a customized plan and at-home product recommendations.
