Visits are by appointment only. Clients can book online at any time, and new clients are welcome. There is one practitioner, so the same person performs every service, and appointments are spaced to leave time for conversation. For most services clients choose either wax or sugar. The studio says it is generous with wax and time and that it keeps a clean room and clean technique. For sensitive skin, it uses an azulene-blend wax. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, with the studio closed Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. A client who misses an appointment or cancels less than four hours ahead is charged half of the appointment.
The Brazilian service removes hair from the mons, labia, perineum and butt crack, and can be done full or left with a shape on top, such as a landing strip or triangle. A women's Brazilian for a first visit or after more than five and a half weeks of growth is listed at $65, and a maintenance Brazilian after four to five weeks starts at $55. A standard bikini removes hair along the bikini line and leaves out the butt crack, while an extended bikini includes the butt crack and covers hair that would show under a thong. Men's services include a Brazilian covering the groin, shaft, scrotum, perineum and butt crack, with the butt cheeks as an add-on, along with chest, back, shoulder and leg waxing and sugaring.
The studio does not sell products and has no upselling practice. The studio also says that while many local studios stopped offering men's Brazilian waxing, it has always offered it.
One practitioner performs every service, with no rotating estheticians, and most services can be done in wax or sugar at the client's choice.
