Walk-ins are welcome, though the salon prefers appointments. Some bookings require a $30 deposit. Complimentary mimosas are offered at every visit. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The menu runs from acrylic fill-ins at $50 and full sets from $55 up to designs at $135, through gel manicures, pedicures, and nail art priced per nail. Nail art add-ons on some bookings should be arranged 24 hours ahead by sending inspiration photos. Designs not booked as an add-on are not included in a color acrylic service.

The salon also has a training section for nail training, an online shop with apparel, cuticle oil, scrubs, and courses or ebooks, and gift cards.
