Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrival, after which the appointment is cancelled with no extra time given. Deposits, sales and services are non-refundable and non-disputable.

Refills need at least 40% of lash coverage remaining; visits more than 3 weeks after the last service are treated as full sets. Foreign fills are serviced for a $10 fee, and work that does not meet the studio's standard is removed and replaced with a full set. Clients have 48 hours to report an issue, and the studio offers a fix of up to 1 hour within 3 days of the report. The site notes that losing 1 to 6 natural lashes per day is normal, and that lash retention is not guaranteed when makeup is worn before or during the appointment.
