Facials range from quick express visits centered on cleansing, light exfoliation and hydration, with brief clean-up extractions when needed, to longer customized treatments that cover deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration and treatment. Chemical exfoliation facials use non-acid and acid enzymes as an option for clients who want something other than a chemical peel. Chemical peel facials need a consultation first and may be postponed if the skin has not been prepared properly.

Body treatments include scrubs for a deeper cleanse and gentler polishes for sensitive or dry skin. Waxing uses hard or soft wax, chosen according to how sensitive each area is. Waxing is not done on areas with breakouts, open cuts, sunburn, rashes, recent chemical exfoliation, or during active retinoid use.

For consultations, clients can book a live video session at one of three price points, or a free 10-minute Wood's lamp consultation. Private luxury suites and home spa settings are available for sessions, and an in-home option brings the service to the client for a travel fee. Pregnancy-friendly add-ons are offered, and some add-ons cannot be combined with Back Facial services.
