Visits usually begin with a consultation. The Aesthetics Personal Discovery Session is 30 minutes with a physician or medical aesthetician, costs $95, includes AURA 3D skin analysis, and is credited toward any treatment booked within 30 days. The Longevity Personal Discovery Session is 30 minutes with a physician, costs $195, and includes a written treatment roadmap and the labs needed to complete the picture. The Hair Restoration Consultation is also 30 minutes with a physician, costs $95, and includes AI-driven hair and scalp analysis that measures follicle density, scalp health and hair condition. A separate $95 Wedding Consultation maps treatments back from the wedding date. Follow-up visits for existing patients are complimentary and last 15 minutes. Before any treatment, the practice completes a personalized assessment. The practice says it may decline or defer a procedure that does not serve the patient's long-term outcome.

Aesthetic offerings include Botox and Jeuveau, which are injected by a physician, along with dermal fillers, Sculptra and Radiesse biostimulators, Renuva, PDO thread lifts, and alloClae structural allograft contouring for areas such as hip dips, glutes, breast contour, calves and lost volume, done without implants or liposuction. Fotona and other lasers, Plexr Plasma for hooded eyelids and delicate zones, and Genius RF microneedling are also available. Sculptra and Radiesse is described as a non-surgical treatment usually completed in one to three sessions four to six weeks apart, with 30 to 45 minute procedures under topical numbing. Memberships are optional and support follow-up and long-term planning. Maintain is $199 per month and carries a 90-day minimum commitment. Transform is $399 per month with a six-month minimum. Memberships are billed monthly, renew automatically, are non-transferable, and missed visits do not roll over. Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice. No pathway or program is required, so patients can begin with aesthetics, longevity medicine, or both. The Flawless is an invitation-only annual aesthetic protocol limited to 15 members, and The Limitless is an invitation-only physician partnership limited to 10 members covering aesthetics, longevity and regenerative medicine. Financing is available through Cherry, Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay, with pre-qualification that does not affect credit score.
