Facials run from a 45-minute quick treatment of cleansing, an enzyme treatment, a mask and moisturizer, to a one-hour custom facial shaped around each client's skin. A back facial targets ingrown hairs and acne-prone skin on the back. The Acne Boot Camp facial uses enzymes, targeted masks and personalized product recommendations, and it is also sold as a package of ten monthly facials at $350, with product purchases not included.
Lash extensions come as classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume full sets. Classic sets place one extension per natural lash, take about one and a half to two hours, and with care tend to last two to four weeks. Fills depend on how many natural lashes remain: a one-week mini fill, which takes about 30 minutes, suits clients with at least 75 percent of their lashes intact, while two-week and three-plus-week fills need at least 60 percent.
Memberships are billed monthly and bundle recurring visits. Facial memberships range from a 60-minute personalized facial to a 120-minute customized facial with light therapy, and lash fill memberships include regular fills, monthly shampoos and priority booking. Some memberships combine facials, lash fills, brow services and waxing, with perks such as birthday facials and discounts on other services.
Training is offered for lash and skin professionals. Master Lash Training is available one-on-one or in a group and covers lash lifts, brow lamination, and classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions, with four certifications on completion. One-day one-on-one masterclasses cover advanced waxing, lash and brow lamination, and dermaplaning, and are intended for licensed professionals or beauty school students. Payment plans are available for some services and training; Master Lash Training plans must be paid off two weeks before the course begins, and dates are set by messaging the business.
