Every appointment is one-on-one in a private space that the business describes as bright, airy, peaceful and welcoming. A visit starts with talking through the client's goals and frustrations, followed by an evaluation of hair, scalp, lifestyle and goals. The stylist then walks the client through each available option so the client can choose what fits their hair and routine, and matches the extension texture to the client's natural hair.

The main offerings are K-Tips, which are tiny bonds placed one at a time and custom made to match the client's density and texture, and beaded rows, which are placed closer to the face for coverage with less tension on natural hair. Replica Scalp is a non-surgical hair replacement system for a sparse hairline, low density, visible scalp or thinning, and is suited to localized thinning, alopecia or a widening part line.

The studio places scalp and hair health first and will suggest a different option when extensions are not the best fit. Clients are taught how to care for their extensions and leave with a care package and an aftercare card.
