The facial menu ranges from a Custom European Facial and a Glo2 Facial to a Hydrofacial, an Enzyme Facial, a Firming Peptide Facial and a seasonal Fall Facial Special. The Signature Trio Facial brings together dermaplaning, hydrofacial and microneedling in one 105-minute visit. Skin treatments include chemical peels, standalone dermaplaning and microneedling, which the studio describes as non-invasive and aimed at skin texture and fine lines.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM; the studio is closed on Sundays. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter notice may incur a cancellation fee. A missed appointment without notice is charged 20% of the scheduled total, and repeated no-shows may need a deposit before future bookings. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as missed, and late arrivals are accommodated when possible, though the visit may be shortened or moved.
ALVO Skin Club is a $50 monthly membership that includes one Custom European Facial each month, 10% off additional spa services and retail skincare, and priority booking. The Glow Club tanning memberships come in three tiers, Natural at $130, Bronze at $160 and Rapid at $200 per month, each with three custom spray tans a month, member pricing on other services, retail discounts and priority booking.
The Microneedling Trio package is $550 for three microneedling sessions, a $50 saving. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when clients book through the services page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value and can be set to arrive on a chosen date; gift card sales are final.
The studio focuses on enhancing each client's natural look and confidence, with the aim of skin that looks and feels its best.
