New clients are offered a 30-minute first visit at no charge to talk through hair history, goals and whether the salon is a good fit. Before that visit, clients are asked to bring hair history from the last two years, inspiration photos, and a description of their wash and styling routine, including products and concerns.

Many services require a deposit from new clients, ranging from $5 to $85 depending on the service. Cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment or missing an appointment makes the deposit nonrefundable. Deposits are not refunded automatically when a booking is cancelled online, so refunds must be requested. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

Bundles pair a service with a wash, scalp massage and a choice of treatment or gloss.
