Float sessions come in half-hour and one-hour lengths in tanks that are UL listed and made in the USA. The water is sanitized with a large amount of medical-grade Epsom salt, a filter and skimmer system, ozone, UV and hydrogen peroxide. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, avoid caffeine, skip shaving that morning and eat a snack beforehand.
The infrared sauna is built for two people. The business recommends using it one to three times a week, and it cleans and resets the room between uses with non-toxic cleaners, followed by UV and ozone disinfection. The Somadome is a meditation pod that the business describes as the first of its kind to combine sound, colored light and magnet therapies in Charlotte, offered in 20-minute sessions.
Massage is offered in two tracks. Licensed corrective massage is intended to correct posture and address specific pain, including headaches, sciatica, hip pain, frozen shoulder, neck pain and carpal tunnel. Swedish, deep tissue and prenatal massage are for relaxation only, and pregnancy massage must be booked after the first trimester. The business holds NC massage establishment number 506.
The Ohana membership costs $10 a month, is billed monthly, has no contract and can be canceled at any time. Members get the lowest prices on all services, without packaging or bundling, and the membership must be created in person. Online booking shows standard prices, and member discounts are adjusted at the business. The business is not affiliated with ClassPass or spa credit programs.
