The studio is open Tuesday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Its services fall into extensions, hair color, haircuts and hair treatments, with the color menu covering touch-ups, full color, babylights and custom color.

Clients who need to cancel, move or miss an appointment should give the salon 48 hours of warning. A change made within that window, or a no-show, is charged the entire cost of the service booked. Anyone who arrives 15 minutes or more late cannot be seen, and the full charge for the service applies.
