Before a body waxing appointment, hair needs to be long enough to wax, so clients are asked to let it grow out for at least two weeks. For body waxing, clients are also asked to exfoliate the area 24 hours beforehand to help reduce ingrown hairs. The business may ask a client to reschedule if the hair is still too short at the appointment. Face waxing is not covered by the exfoliation request.

Booking requires a phone number and an email address. An email confirmation follows once an appointment is booked, and the day before, the business texts to confirm the visit and send entry instructions for the building and suite. Clients who cannot attend are asked to cancel or reschedule in good time. Arriving 10 minutes late carries a $10 fee, arriving 5 minutes late results in a fine, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment must be rescheduled. A no-call, no-show, or an appointment with no communication beforehand, is charged the full price of the service.
