Alma Bella Aesthetics was founded in Scottsdale by Rebecca Wilson, RN, who owns the business and performs injectable treatments there. She brings more than 16 years of nursing experience to the practice and also trains aspiring injectors.

Each visit starts with a conversation about what the client hopes to achieve. The team then builds a personalized plan around those goals, comfort and results that look natural. The business says it values an honest assessment at the outset, including what suits the client, what can wait, and what outcomes are realistic. Treatments are subject to consultation and provider approval, and a provider may recommend a different service.

Before a first visit, intake and consent forms are sent through a secure link. Every appointment requires a $100 booking deposit that is applied toward the cost of treatment rather than added on top. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead returns the deposit in full; later changes and missed appointments forfeit it. Financing is available through Cherry with no hard credit check.

The menu spans several areas. Injectables include neuromodulators for expression lines, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, chin and jawline, lip augmentation, Hylenex filler dissolving, Radiesse, EZ Gel, liquid lipo for localized fullness, and facial balancing that treats the full face together. Skin and hair services include microneedling, LED treatments, facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, PRP treatments, a topical scalp treatment, body contouring and back renewal. Lash and brow services cover Korean lash lifts, tinting, brow lamination and waxing.

Injector training sessions take place at the Scottsdale studio, where training injectors perform treatments on models from start to finish under the supervision of Rebecca Wilson, RN. Models pay less than the standard menu price, and the discounted figure is confirmed before they book. To apply, candidates must be at least 18, in good general health, neither pregnant nor breastfeeding, and must not have had treatment in the same area within the past three months.

Treatment plans are built around each client's goals, comfort and natural-looking results, with an honest discussion of what is realistic.
