Every new client starts with a free, 15-minute in-person consultation to talk through hair goals and expectations, and that visit must come before any other service. The salon also takes the chance to set expectations on color, since several services depend on what the hair needs.

The menu runs from a $25 bang or neck trim through haircuts sorted by length and style, including short, long, specialty and curly-hair cuts. Color services include mini foil, all over color, partial and full foil, balayage, corrective color and fashion color, along with a gloss treatment and a deep conditioning add-on.

Curly clients have a dedicated cut. The curly specialty cut runs 90 minutes and includes a dry curly cut, a wash, a curl style and diffusing. Clients are asked to arrive with hair already washed, styled and dried.

Booking and payment run through the salon's booking site. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or custom values, and gift card sales are final.

The cancellation policy charges 50% of the service for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours for haircuts, and within 48 hours for color appointments. Clients who need to change plans for unusual circumstances are asked to message the salon as soon as possible.
