The weight management program starts with a consultation that leads to a customized treatment plan. The consultation is free, and a $100 fee applies to get started with the pre-authorization forms. Visits, refills and any additional authorization forms carry a $75 fee. Medication options include GLP-1 medication, GLP-1 and GIP medication, and Wegovy and Zepbound, which are once-weekly injectables designed for chronic weight management alongside diet and exercise. Insurance may process these medications where applicable, and compounded GLP-1 medication may be available when criteria are met and the brand-name option is not. Recent lab work is suggested before a prescription, and an in-person first visit is preferred so the injection can be taught and measurements taken. Telehealth weight management consultations run about 40 minutes and monthly follow-up visits about 20 minutes.
Vitamin injections include B12 1,000 mcg, Lipo B12, and Lipo B12 B complex plus MIC. A 10-minute vitamin injection consultation is listed at no charge on the booking site. The injections are sent directly to the client's home.
